    Sandee began her career in Real Estate with Centex Homes in 2007 when her family arrived for duty to Ft. Hood, Texas, representing them as a Builder and selling their Inventory homes as well as New Construction. Her heart has a special place for Military service members & their families, and she look s forward to continuing to serve those who serve and pay her thanks forward with the BEST experience for her clients possible. I am proud to be one of the members of the REAL MILITARY DIVISION. Within the military, there is a high level of trust amongst those who have served or are currently serving. The Real Military Division is an anchor for that trust, acting as a massive referral network that assists those that are relocating for their next assignment as well as those retiring to their dream home.

    As a Broker Associate, she have spent the last 6 years building the Designed 2 Sell Real Estate Group, curating Agents and industry professionals to work collaboratively to bring clients and community the best services and experience available.

    For the past 27 years she has re-designed, updated, built, decorated and consulted for numerous Real Estate Professionals, Developers, Builders and Investors. Her design work has been featured in USAA Magazine, Army Times & Military Times, N2 Magazine, Tex Appeal Magazine, House to Home Magazine and featured on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Sandee’s most prized appearance was on the popular HGTV House Hunters Renovations. During her time as a military spouse, and during one of her husband’s many deployments, She authored & published ‘That Military House: Move it, Organize it & Decorate it’. She has had the opportunity to travel to Military installations across the United States, offering design advice and decorating solutions for challenges often faced with military transfers.

    After an incredible decade in the real estate industry, Sandee has developed and created systems & processes, behaviors & disciplines that have been proven by her many successes.

    Her most recent accomplishment was WINNING a challenge that was offered to her by TOM FERRY, the No. 1 Real Estate Coach and Speaker for 10 years running.
    She was challenged to sign 100 LISTINGS in a 10 month period. AND SHE DID IT!

    With the National Average of 4 SALES a year, the majority of REALTORS® sell anywhere between 2-10 homes a year. So she is confident in her ability to lead others. Sandee’s passion to Mentor, Educate & Transform the careers of other Real Estate Agents is just part of here DNA.
